Terms & Conditions Boat
1. Timely Arrival:
The booking commences at the agreed upon time and concludes at the
agreed upon time. If the costumer arrives late to the booking, the Copenhagen
Admiral Hotel Reserves the right to cancel the trip without the possibility of
a refund.
2. Cancellation policy:
Cancellations within 2 hours before departure is not refunded. Customers
can rebook their boat experience 2 hours prior to departure. Both parties
retain the right to cancel the booking at any time prior to the departure in
case of unforeseen conditions like extreme weather or other events that could
not have been foreseen. Admiral Hotel always obtain the right to cancel in case
where they consider it irresponsible to complete the boat tour for example in a
situation with strong winds, high water level, engine problems etc. In this
case the full amount will be refunded.
3. Payment:
You can either have the payment charged to you reservation or pay at the
reception.
4. Liability
Upon booking, the person carrying out the booking, represent the
warrants that the booked passengers that will be consuming alcohol, including
herself or himself, are all above the Danish minimum age regarding consummation
of alcohol.
Terms & Conditions Bike rental
By renting a bike the
customer agrees by the following terms and conditioning:
Rental day period starts from rented hour and is to be returned before
midnight. If the bike/s is not returned by midnight, then the customer will be
charged for one more day.
Payment will be charged to your booking and a bike cost 200 DKK PPPD and 600 DDK PPPD for the family
bike. If you are in need of a bike on the day of departure an valid ID and
payment must be presented at reception.
Rental terms: The rented bike/s must not be used by another person
but the designated customer or the member of her/his group. The customer is
obliged to take good care of the rented equipment and protect the bike from
damage and loss of theft.
In case of damage,
loss or theft: The hotel will
charge the customer for the prices of:
Lost unisex bike: 3000 DDK
Lost children’s bike: 2000 DKK
Family bike: 6000 DDK
Lost key: 250 DKK
Crooked wheel: 500 DKK
Insurance: The customer is responsible to have adequate
personal insurance. The hotel is not liable for any claims for body injury or
harm, accidents, damages caused to the customer or third party as well as loss
of personals belongings. It is the responsibility of the customer and her/his
group to respect Danish traffic regulation/law. Exclusive place of jurisdiction
shall be Copenhagen, Denmark. The contract is governed by Danish Law.
